Tropical Fresh (web)
Client Overview
Tropical Fresh make a range of Caribbean spice rubs, marinades and condiments.
Problem
Tropical Fresh's current site was very content-heavy, with poor navigation and structural layout. The online shop element was confusingly arranged and was performing ineffectively. In essence, Tropical Fresh wanted a complete overhaul of their online presence and website functionality.
Solution
Making use of the bold colours in Tropical Fresh's new logo, we designed a vibrant and eye-catching design, with a black bamboo-effect header and block-colour illustation of a beach setting for the footer. The site is coded, as always, to W3C standards for XHTML and CSS, and displays well across all commonly-used web browsers.
All site content is manageable, including page content, navigation, sub-menu's and products. The e-commerce aspect of the project has been put on hold whilst Tropical Fresh set up with a new payment provider - however, 3 random products are displayed on the homepage as a teaser of what's available.
